Absolutely charming historic renovated turn-of-the-century retreat. It gets its name not just from having 2 stories, but from having 2 “stories”. It was originally built for Ester, a single lady that worked for the family farm. However, she stayed in it one night before she packed her bags and moved in with my grandparents, Betty & June, to help care for their children. Now it is helping guests at Pecan Grove R.V. Park make their own story while vacationing in this historic Delta home.

Jake’s
Turn of the Century renovated “Shot Gun” House. It was moved to Pecan Grove RV park from a farm near the state park. We were given the house to move onto the property as long as we called it Jake’s house in memory of the man who once called it home.

Crosley South
Spacious farmhouse that was moved 52 miles from Wilmot, AR to its new home at Pecan Grove RV Park in Lake Village AR with a view of Lake Chicot. The farmhouse is divided into Crosley South, the cozy side with one bedroom and Crosley North, the family side with 3 bedrooms. The house has a shared wrap around porch with beautiful views of Lake Chicot. Great to rent together when grandparents want to come along, but still enjoy a little privacy.

The Hogue House was moved from its original home across from the post office in Lake Village to our park and was subdivided into a small side (Hogue West) and the Large side (Hogue East). The house has a front porch and a view of Lake Chicot.

The Loft is the 2nd story of the Original Carriage House. It was one what was called the "Pecan Room"
It was were the pecans were taken and layed to dry until sold. Part of it was converted to romm for
a man that went by Ivy or Twenty-One. The rooms were later converted to a pool room and gaming tables for
friends to get together for a friendly game of pool or poker and have a few budwiezers. It was our first attempt
at putting in cabins at Pecan Grove and it was dubbed the loft. It has living room/kitchen with large 1 bedroom
with a king bed and the bathroom features a sunk in jacuzzi jetted bath tub.
